The renter who accepts Personal Accident Insurance as well as all other passengers in the vehicle will be covered for accidental bodily injury while driving, riding in, getting into or out of the Sizwe vehicle.
Coverage is in effect up to 'return date' indicated on the rental agreement or any Sizwe approved extension.
The insurance will apply to persons up to the age of 75 years. The death benefit in respect of person under 15 years of age shall be limited to R1 0000.
The benefit will be divided equally among all occupants of the insured vehicle.
Notice
The insured shall give immediate written or telegraphic notice to Sizwe of any claim and in any event within 90 days of injury.
Sizwe acts as an agent for Accident and Miscellaneous Acceptances, who is the underwriter of the PAI Policy.
All benefits in terms of the PAI Policy are subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying policy.

Accidental Death & Permanent Disability We will pay R 200 000 per person per incident end limited to R500 000 per
Sizwe vehicle per incident in the event of accidental death or permanent disability.
Emergency Medical Expenses
We will pay up to R 250 000 per vehicle per incident for emergency medical expenses incurred whilst driving, riding in or getting out of an Sizwe rented vehicle.
Guaranteed Hospital Admission
We will guarantee up to R 5 000, which guarantees admission to the hospital.
This is refundable by the member or the member's medical aid.
Contingent Liability
Up to R 2 500 000 Contingent Third Party Liability Cover for the driver of the
Sizwe vehicle in his/her personal capacity.
Death Benefits
Upon the death of the driver of the Sizwe rented vehicle, we will make the necessary arrangements to return the body to the driver's home town and will further pay up to R 20 000 towards the deceased driver's funeral.
Travel Delay Cover
We will pay up to R 2 000 towards transportation and accommodation should the member be stranded after a mechanical breakdown or after a motor vehicle accident.

Note
The policy does not cover any loss from intentionally self-inflicted injuries, suicide or any attempt thereat, sickness or disease, full time active service in the armed services of any country or declared or undeclared war.

Notice
To obtain cover, indicate on the original Rental Agreement by signing the insurance box. PAI does not cover personal belongings in the vehicle.
