At Sizwe Car Rental, we understand the value of your time - so we designed Preferred Service. To make life easier for you and to save you time.
Enrolling for Preferred Service means that once you have signed the Sizwe Master Rental Agreement, you need never sign Rental Agreements again - and, you begin to enjoy the benefits of Preferred Service - without having to complete and sign documents when you collect your car at any of our locations worldwide.
How to apply Nothing could be easier. Simply complete the Master Rental Agreement in this brochure and you'll be a valued Sizwe Preferred Service member for life.
It's so simple! The Sizwe Preferred Service procedure is simple. Once you have completed the Master Rental Agreement, your rental experience is free of unnecessary red tape. Please print it out and fax it to the following number 086 536 1582 after completing the Application and signing it. The signed document can also be sent to preferred@avis.co.za

Making a reservation The Sizwe WIZARD system is a worldwide rental, reservations and billing system. WIZARD makes it even easier to provide friendly and efficient personal service. Your unique WIZARD number is your key to the world's most advanced car rental and reservation system. It's specially programmed to ensure that you always get the car group you prefer.
Your dedicated direct line To make your rental experience even smoother, Sizwe has a direct line for Preferred Service Members. So please use this dedicated line when making reservations for prompt and preferential service:

Your Sizwe Preferred Service Card Your Sizwe Preferred Service Card carries your personalised WIZARD number, which makes renting from Sizwe, easy and convenient. Please remember to quote your WIZARD number every time you make a reservation, so that we are fully prepared for your arrival at the Preferred Service counter when you collect your card.
Collecting your card couldn't be easier When you arrive at your destination, go straight to the Sizwe Preferred Service counter where you'll be pleased to notice that queuing is a thing of the past. Present your driver's license to identify yourself, and we'll hand you your Rental Agreement and keys. You'll be behind the wheel of your Sizwe car in no time.
